We will then focus on the business / IT alignment objectives, expected deliverables and improving business value of your investment. In doing so, we will match our approach to your goals in scope, agility, availability, capacity and cost.

The scope of each project will reflect our customers stated and discovered needs with specified features and functions that will support those needs. We document the project scope and verify its accuracy through continued communications to all stakeholders.

Our project scope will generally include all work required to complete the project. We will also identify what is in and out of the scope of the project as we proceed.
