Incidents are inevitable. When they happen, our technicians resolve them instantaneously and often without a need for escalations. Several senior code level engineers are available for rapid software fix / development scenarios, as needed. And, we have priority escalation procedures in place with all of our core vendors and partners in order to gain direct access to level 3 engineering resources in our escalation plans.
We have a mature IT management procedures and controls structure that allows us to optimize results for our customers and to
minimize downtime and ensure rapid service recovery. IP Services’ staff helped write a handbook on how to avoid downtime in an IT production environment. As a part of our integrated control system, we use Visible Ops methodologies and ITIL guidelines to manage our customers IT systems.
