Our service transition team delivers managed IT services by receiving the service design package from our system architects and delivering those into the operational stage. Every necessary element required for ongoing operation and support of that service will be included in the service design and implemented by the service transition team. Any needed modifications will be approved and implemented as well. Our service transition team focuses on implementing all aspects of the service, including worst case scenario stress testing and disaster survival testing.
